Ready To Start The Process?
Follow These Steps:
1) Decide how you wish to submit your information

- Drop off - contact me via e-mail or telephone
- Fax: (314) 985-0604
- Pick-up service (can be arranged in the
St. Louis/St. Charles Area) - contact me via e-mail or telephone
- e-mail (scan your documents and e-mail them)
2) Print and sign the Service Agreement
3) Use the Checklist to verify you have all the necessary forms and information.
- NEW CLIENTS ONLY - PLEASE INCLUDE A COPY OF YOUR 2010 TAXES (last year's tax forms).
- Include a voided check if you wish to have any refunds direct
deposited.
4) Print and/or fill out the Personal Information Form (Word | PDF | Interactive PDF) and send with tax documents.
5) Decide how you wish to pay (Payment is NOT required until your tax forms have been completed, but IS required before they are filed with the IRS)

- Secure Credit Card Payments are accepted via PayPal (online)
- A PayPal account is NOT required
- You will be e-mailed an invoice once your taxes are complete
(directions will be included on how to complete the transaction)

- A Personal check can mailed with tax forms or after you have been informed that your documents have been completed. (if you include a check with your forms, it will NOT be cashed until your tax form preparation has been completed).
